Seems I recall from his first post, long since snipped, he's using 192.168.x.x 
from his router and 10.x.x.x on eth1.  If this is correct, he's fine as far 
as that goes.

I do wonder though;  He's planning to use 10.x.x.x with a class C mask, which 
should work since he's subnetting, but I've seen issues with that in the 
past.  I'd probably stick with 192.168.x.x and use a different set of class C 
addresses on eth1.

By the way, the Cayman router I looked at a few years ago had no firewall.  
Something to be aware of once you get connectiviry working.
