I tried out the kernel and it still panicked. But when I checked the
system mail, upon reboot, I got this message.
Does this look like it could be from the nptl kernel. Disc corruption
from the panicked kernel (1st try)? I waas using the nptl kernel, for
the ripping operation.
I believe that I was finishing up a ripping operation, with grip. The
disc was making a lot of noise. I think that it was trying to record a
data track to audio. It did, but with a lot of commotion. (silent track,
with buzzing sound, at end, on ripped track.
Both problems were on the laptop.
