Where did you find this lib?

And, for what it's worth, I've got apt-get running on my system (Shrike), 
and it isn't asking for librpm-4.1.so.  Shrike comes with rpm-4.2-0.69, 
which provides librpm-4.2.so...and apt-get seems to be just fine with it.
