Interesting.  I haven't read anything on the event interface so I'm not
sure how it works.  I picked event0 out of thin air and apparently got
lucky.

BTW, one of the things I really like with the new driver is the
scrollwheel emulation (along the right side of the touchpad).  That
alone makes it all worthwhile.
