I have a list of keyservers:

keyserver pgp.mit.edu
keyserver usa.keyserver.net
keyserver france.keyserver.net
keyserver search.keyserver.net
keyserver x-hkp://pgp.mit.edu
keyserver mailto:pgp-public-keys@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
keyserver ldap://pgp.surfnet.nl:11370
keyserver ldap://keyserver.pgp.com
keyserver belgium.keyserver.net

And I do have auto-key-retrieve set.

gpg hangs with every attempt to verify.
