Are you running GNOME or KDE? If the former go to the session manager
(I'm running XD2 now so I can't remember where that is on the Red Hat
menu, but presumably it's under "Settings") and remove all but one of
the pam-panel-icon applets. QAs for what is causing them to multiply
like that - I'm afraid I have no idea, it certainly isn't a problem I'm
experiencing.
