I checked the server output to find : (EE) i810: Failed to laod module "ddc" (module does not exist, 0) So I looked at XF86Config in Pico and found nothing referring to "ddc" and whas lost. I got a little help from #xfree86 and determined where libddc.a was supposed to be...but had disappeared. I eventually solvd the problem with the RH cds, reloaded X entirely. But, see, I am not completely helpless. Anyway, can;t figure out why it was working then the module just disappeared. Hope my hdd is not going south...Doesn;t seem to be a shrike problem, anyways, so I'll find something else to ramble on about soon enough. tony >Message: 13 >To: shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx >Subject: Re: scrape the possum >From: Harry Putnam <hgp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >Date: Mon, 28 Apr 2003 17:32:59 -0700 >Reply-To: shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx > > >I hereby nominate Anthony B for some kind of inovation award for his >Subject line and description of the problem....! > > Stop it!
