I guess you have a Windows (FAT/FAT32) filesystem listed in your
"/etc/fstab" file to be mounted at boot time.

To check it, just take a look at "/etc/fstab" and look for entries whose
third column is a FAT filesystem (usually "vfat") and its fifth column
is set to a non-zero value (normally 1).

You can set the fifth column to 0 to avoid the filesystem checking and
mounting at boot time.
