How did you manage to build it under RHL 9? I have been trying, but it keeps bombing out on openssl/ssl.h (which includes krb5.h, which it can't find). And I have all relevant devel packages installed.

Tried the .configure route and the rpmbuild -ta route, same problem.

Any clues? Or some ready-made rpms?

Actually that is an excellent point.

I did take the lazy way out and install
openvpn binaries which were built on
psyche -

As long as you have openssl096 and
lzo installed, the openvpn binaries
built on psyche will run fine on 9 -

(A good reason to keep some psyche
boxes around for now)

I haven't found the right tweaks to get
it to build under 9, but either I'll find
the time soon or the openvpn guy will
beat me to it.
