The digital camera tool fails to detect my STV0680 camera, This is what the log says...

I get an error "Could not initialize camera"
did not work in 8.0 either :/ was just hoping

I was hoping for the same. My camera wasn't recognized either. I buckled under and bought a flash reader from sandisk. It works for reading and retrieving the pictures from the CF flash. The flash reader is automatically detected.
At least my scanner works now! Too bad not the camera.
