(Apologies if this appaers twice -- the first time I sent it, it appears to have bounced.)
This weekend I upgraded a box here to shrike as a test, and now I can't figure out how
to re-enable tear-off menu in KDE. So far I have not been able to find the setting in
the KDE control center, nor did I see it referenced in any of the docs I have read.
A pointer in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
