Thanks for the info. Guess I'll have to wait for the Ati drivers to catch up then. Do you have any (unofficial) info from Ati when they will have updated drivers for RH9/XFree86 4.3.0 available?
To clarify, this problem appears to affect only the newer ATI cards like the 9000 series, right? After reading the bugzilla report, I checked for error messages in my logs, but didn't find any. I'm running a Radeon Mobility 7500. My 3D performance in X4.3 is about 25% faster than X4.2.
