Preferences->Theme. Nautilus theming in v2.2 has been abstracted out and is handled by the gtk2 and icon theme components for consistency with the whole desktop environment. RH 9 comes with a number of gnome2.2 themes installed. To play with individual settings (GTK2 controls, metacity borders, icon themes) click on "Details...". You can mix and match settings and save your own themes. Other than the "meta-"themes from Red Hat and Gnome (in gnome-themes) I haven't seen any Gnome2.2-compliant themes available.
