MD5sum is available for Windows - search google for md5sum.exe (I found
it here http://www.theopencd.org/md5sum.exe) I use that before plugging
the ISO's into Nero or such program. I just place the executable
somewhere in my path.

With the ISO's and the MD5SUM file in the same directory, at a command
prompt, run:

 md5sum.exe -c MD5SUM

It works just like it would in Linux :-)
