Install apt-get ( apt.freshrpms.net ) and add

rpm http://ruslug.rutgers.edu/macromedia/apt/ redhat/9.0 macromedia

to /etc/apt/source.list

then a simple apt-get update and

apt-get install flash-plugin

will install flash and setup the plugin such that mozilla ( and its
children ) will have flash ready to go.

If you have any questions, let me know.
