I do that. You do that.

(commercially) I'm now ready to deliver working linux workstations to my current customers. That is, the install process is up to me. But in the real world, I can't charge enough for the beginner linux training that's needed.

I fear that they'll give up quickly if "it's not easy to use."

I've spent years learning about linux... as I'm sure you have. I learn from each HOWTO and can decode a man page.

I'll bet it's about time for the "beginning linux" web page that explains the function of linux applications. Many times there are several for each job.

But, which windows user would guess that I'd want "ogg" files instead of "mp3" and that the player was "noauton"?
