I agree. It was the first non-windows mail client I learned and it hasn't let me down in the last 11 years (has it been that long???). It has the basics and is very easy to learn for first time *nix users. The same goes for Pico. Ever try explaining vim or emacs to someone who just wants to make a slight change in a config file for the first time?
