The people complaining here and now have paid $60 for priority access to the ISOs seven days before general release. Red Hat knew exactly how many of those contracts they sold leading up to the advertised pre-release date. By not distributing copies of RHL9 to mirror servers as has been past practice, Red Hat knowingly set the stage for this train wreck. They clearly intended to cash in on this monopoly sourcing scheme. If they fail to provide enough bandwidth to reasonably satisfy the hyper demand spike they themselves created, Red Hat could face severe legal sanctions.
