"standard" dump will talk rsh at a remote system if you give it a backup
device as host:/device.  

rsh security basically sux (technical term) so you will have to figure
out how to use something more secure yourself.  For an ad hoc backup,
its pretty easy to just turn it on, run the dump and then turn it off.
Or turn it on and use tcpwrappers to limit things.  That would be
similar to what Legato and Veritas do.
