how to config kudzu for special language

Hi

I have a usb disk, after changing the /etc/updfstab.conf.default file,
now redhat8 can add a line to /etc/fstab automatically. but, there are
some files named in Chinese language(not UTF), so I must add additional
params to /etc/fstab such as "iocharset=cp936". How can I config kudzu
to do this automatically? I have tried search in google, but there is
no answer. Any idea?

  Thanks
