Thank you very much! glibc i386 was the problem...
After installing glibc i686 srvbuild went smooth
creating all servers.

Naum,

Go to $SYBASE/ASE-12_5/bin and runs
"ldd dataserver" what path does it show on the libc
library? It should show /lib/i686/libc.so.xxx
