HelloPlease check the bug list in Mozilla (try bug 197695) and you will see that is a general problem of release 1.3, not present in 1.3b; and it seems non the only problem with plugins.
I have the exact same problem after installing Mozilla-1.3-0_rh8_gtk2. Another problem I started seeing after upgrading Mozilla is mplayer-plugin leaves the video on top even after the video ends or is closed, only way is to close all open Mozilla windows.
