Fixed!
Problem was definitely in ld.so.conf.
Sybase tries to update it but for some reason creates
an empty file instead.
After entering lines with library path and running
ldconfig -v, I was able to boot
without any errors.
Thank you very much to everybody who helped me with
this problem.
It was my first and great experience with Linux
community.

No, but you could reconstruct the file /etc/ld.so.conf
based on the
output of something similar (!) to:

  rpm --query -all --scripts | grep ld.so.conf | less

Shouldn't give too many lines to read.
When you're done adding all directory names, run
ldconfig.
