Building new openssl rpms fails on 8.0

I downloaded and tried to build the new openssl rpms and I almost made
it. The openssl095a-0.9.5a-19 rpm built but the other two failed
with a really long list of installed but unpackaged files. A list the
included the openssl libs!

Anyone know how to fix this? Is there some sequence of
build/install/build/etc I have to follow? The new packages built fine
on 7.2 and Redhat can build the rpms so there must be a solution.
