Hello guys,
I'm trying to write a program in c++ that can monitor
changes in network connectivity. (Ex. the cable to
router/swiitch was disconnected). Can someone here help
how to do this?
Why c++? Why not use ping, unless this is an academic exercise? If you are just trying to solve a problem, there are tons of mature open source network monitors out there.
