Hi,

My system is Sony GRX520, RH8.0, 2.4.18-14, i686

1                     When I choose ACPI patch, can I use patch labeled for i386? I have problem to install this patch but labeled for any architecture.

2                     I successfully installed the driver for my modem but how can I active it? If I let the ppp0 run at the booting time, the system halted.

3                     When I install the power management package, after rpm, it says that the package is due to different group even my rpm package is own by root

4                     I install sonykey, sonypi programs, but it still cannot recognize the Fn key. What should I do?

5                     While the contrast of the characters in Xterm is different for the root login session and ordinary login session.

Thanks.
