Booting on USB Disk

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

I installed a RedHat 8.0 Linux on the primary hard disk of a laptop.

Then I removed this hard disk from the internal slot and I connected it through the USB port.

Now I would like to boot from a CD-Rom that then would use the USB Disk as the “system” disk.

How is this possible ?

Thanks for help,

Jerome
