Sergio, Change LimitRequestBody 500000 to LimitRequestBody 5000000 and that will give you a 5meg limit. Right now you have the limit set to 500k. Your php.ini file looks fine the way it is. One last note, make sure you restart your apache server so mod_php picks up the change.
