Hello,
2 come to mind, the first is 'yum'
http://www.dulug.duke.edu/yum/

the second is 'frpms'
http://www.blindjedi.org/frpms/

Basically you mirror the updates to a local ftp/http server and then fetch them
from the client from cron.
