	I'm not sure I follow.  Here's how entries in the table should look -

thom@domain1.com                thom@real-address.com
thom@domain2.com                thom@real-address.com
service@domain1.com             thom@real-address.com
info@domain1.com                thom@real-address.com

Think of the table as a big forward file.
