I'm seeing a weird issue where kickstart will die if I try to create some LVM volumes to install do. Here is the relevant part of my ksconfig: clearpart --all --initlabel part /boot --fstype ext3 --size 100 --ondisk sda part / --fstype ext3 --size 1500 --ondisk sda --grow part swap --size 512 --ondisk sda part pv.01 --size 500 --grow --ondisk sdb volgroup lvm pv.01 logvol /usr --vgname=lvm --size=1500 --name=os_usr --grow logvol /var --vgname=lvm --size=1500 --name=os_var --grow Basically ks dies with a python traceback ending in something like "Unable to create vg lvm" Has anybody been able to successfuly create LVM groups like this in a kickstart install? I'd like to know before I trod off to bugzilla w/ the python dump. -- Jesse Keating RHCE MCSE For Web Services and Linux Consulting, Visit --> j2Solutions.net Mondo DevTeam (www.mondorescue.org) Was I helpful?
