I don't know why but I haven't been able to play anything on the real player lately. It's worked fine until now. I haven't downloaded anything so I don't think it's a compatibility problem or anything like that. The right windows pop up and the real player appears and then an error message appears saying "General error an error occured " there are two buttons at the bottom of the box saying "ok " and "more info" No matter which is pressed they disappear.
