Remove thet /etc/xinetd.d/swat file.  The rpm will install it for you.

Insert disc 3 of you Red Hat Linux 8.0 disc set, and run (as root):
`mount /mnt/cdrom`  (only mount it if it doesn't come up automatically).
`rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS/samba-swat*`
`chkconfig swat on`

Then try localhost:901 in your browser.
