Problem is solved. I needed to add
define(`SMART_HOST',`mail.myisp.com')
to submit.mc in sendmail. Thanks to Tony
Molloy for that. (I wasn't as well
informed as I thought).
BTW telnetting 127.0.0.1 to test it would
have worked better if I remembered to turn
xinetd on first!
