Hi All, I am running RH8 on a IBM T30. My machine was shipped with an internal "Cisco Aironet Mini-PCI Wireless Card by IBM." I thought the Aironet was a pretty widely supported card under Linux but I am having some trouble configuring it. The system seems to acknowledge that the card is there: if I /sbin/lspci I get 02:02.0 Network controller: AIRONET Wireless Communications: Unknown device a504 If I try to add the wireless device however using the network configuration tool it doesn't seem to recognize that this is a network/wireless device ... the wizard menus only allow me to select "Other wireless card." I've tried this using several different drivers (Cisco/Aironet 802.11 wireless, Aironet 4500 PCI) with little results.
