pine and UTF-8 font, was Re: Links

Hi,

for those of you who also got screwed by reading and trying to reply to
the "Links" thread.

For various reasons, I'm still using pine for reading emails.  My RH80
installation was done from scratch, but the .pinerc was inherited from
RH6x.  There, no default font was set, resulting in ISO-8859-1 as the
default.

I now changed it to UTF-8, and life is a bit easier now, though not
perfect.  ISO-8859 stuff after "unreadable" chars is rendered unreadable,
but at least this applies only for this particular email, not for all.
