Easier in the long run might be to install rpmdb-redhat-8.0-0.20020910.i386.rpm
and to first search with rpm query:

# rpm -q --whatprovides libXm.so.2 --dbpath /usr/lib/rpmdb/i386-redhat-linux/redhat
openmotif21-2.1.30-6
