> Hello, Everyone :) > For a few weeks, Konqueror has been crashing so frequently, it has > become just about useless. By way of illustration, if I use it to I may (or may not) be of some help. I had similar problems with my setup. After much swearing at konq and kde I noticed that a very similar install on a broadly similar machine was having no problems. This convinced me to consider that the issue may well be hardware related (even though this system has run both 'doze and Redhat before with no problems). I ran the full memtest86 test overnight, which came back with an all clear for my memory subsystem. I then went into the bios and "turned down" a lot of the performance settings. Lo and behold, my knoqueror problems were solved and knoqueror worked fine. I haven't got round to working out exactly which setting(s) made the difference, but it's certainly something worth considering. Good luck. -- Cheers, Dave -- Psyche-list mailing list Psyche-list@redhat.com https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/psyche-list
