I am having problems installing RPM packages, the install process goes to 100% but rpm returns to the command prompt. After about 5 minutes on a 2.6GHz system I have to kill the rpm process. The file are being installed. The package that I was attempting to install is webmin-1.030-1.noarch.rpm, which installs fine on another 8.0 system, and I have had this problem before with another rpm.
