/etc/rc.d/init.d/ldap

is part of the openldap-servers rpm.

There are a total of 7 rpms on your CDs that have the word "ldap" in
them, so perhaps it would be prudent of you to check out each one to see
what they are for.  rpm -qpi file.rpm
