If you want proof of this, just run sndconfig and listen to the sample
(not redhat-config-soundcard).

The same could be said for the pronunciation of many sets _within_ each
'variation', but before we delve into entomology and such, lets just
leave it the way most of these arguements end: I'm right and you're
wrong.. I mean er you say tomayto I say tomahto :)
