Hello, I have one RedHat server that is having trouble mailing it's logs out. Up until a week ago when I removed(rpm -e) sendmail everything is going perfectly. The logs were sent out with a simple pipe to /bin/mail. I've since reinstalled the sendmail RPM and the logs are still unable to get out. The relevent line from the maillog: Nov 5 21:39:47 host1 sendmail[6431]: gA62dlrw006431: to=eric@reff.net, ctladdr=root (0/0), delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=30035, relay=host1.example.net. [63.65.109.42], dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection refused by host1.example.net. host1.example.net is the local hostname. I receive the same error whether sendmail is running or not. I haven't changed anything in the sendmail configuration. Any ideas? Thanks a lot! Eric Reff -- Psyche-list mailing list Psyche-list@redhat.com https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/psyche-list
