I'm one of those unfortunates addicted to puns. I remember one thread that
grew to a 2 megabyte email, all puns on the word "hose". I don't believe
we even repeated the same pun twice.
And given the technology involved the tools should not be called "spell
checkers". They are closer to "pun checkers." (It would be nice to have
a grammatically sensitive spell checker - with a pun setting.)
