You have a couple of options.  One is the Red Hat kickstart program
which automates an install.  To get a true clone, you can use something
like Drive Image or Ghost.  I have successfully cloned complete systems
(to the same hardware) using Drive Image and ext2.  Never tried with
ext3 or reiserfs.
