At this juncture, I believe that I need to kill sound record, or something. When I try to play anything on XMMS I get a "something else is using teh sound car" message. I have noticed that the mic is on. I can speak into it right now and hear myself ramble on the copmuter speakers. (Odd, don't you think?" I had been playing with sound record last night a bit...I love that program. I record poems for my students that way.
