I have installed a lot of the psyche rpms downloaded from freshmeat.net and every one of them has installed and worked without problems (taking care of dependencies along the way, eg, by installing several related packages at once). I now have alsa, xine, mplayer, all the mp3 stuff and a bunch of other packages installed, and it just works.
