ntp syncing: SOLVED (sort of)

Ok, I finally got it working.  It seems it was the restrict lines in the
default /etc/ntp.conf file that was causing it.  Or at least, me not adding
something ot make sure the servers weren't being restricted so could get a
response to them.  I commented the restrict lines and got it to work.

[root@homer ntp]# ntpq -c lpeers

Now to maybe somehow adjust it so not everyone in the world can sync against
me and only allow myself to sync up with the servers listed and allow
workstations on my network to sync but no one else?

Least it's working, YAY!!
