vnc-server left out of psyche?

Was vnc-server left out of psyche? It was always automatically
installed with the "server" installation of 7.2/7.3. I checked through
psyche with the package manager, and could only find the rpm for the vnc
client, not the vnc server. I've downloaded the vnc-server rpm and
installed it and have it working, so no harm. But if it was left out, was
there a reason?
