Please reply _in thread_. Your message headers lack information on
which thread this message belongs to. Me and others would have a
hard time looking up the earlier messages. At this point in time I
no longer remember any details about your sound hardware and
anything that may have been posted earlier, such as the output of
"lspci -v" and the sound-related contents of /etc/modules.conf.
