I've downgraded from 4.3.0-10 to 4.3.0-2 and changed the radeon driver to the
one that Alex D. Provided earlier. xinerama works like a charm now on my
radeon 9000 pro. Thanks.

Just to follow up. I've done the same thing (downgraded back to 4.3.0-2 and installed Alex's radeon driver), and Xinerama is working like a charm for me too.
